Ever
since I was a little kid I've been chasing reptiles.
I remember catching lizards
on the outskirts of Phoenix when it was a farming town! And to catch a snake back then...Well now,
to me, that was the holy grail!
Nowadays I still go out "snake hunting"
and often it's a
family affair. Blake is my frequent
partner out in the desert, and Nicole gets
a
kick out of snakes too...Teresa just likes to go along for the ride, but I
swear she brings
good luck!
Although
most of the reptiles I catch just get their pictures taken
and are then
released, I sometimes keep specimens to exhibit in my
educational
"snake safety shows". BTW, I do not
keep venomous reptiles at home.
