Night Snake

Hypsiglena torquata

A nocturnal rear fanged mildly venomous snake.

Very commonly found around the neighborhoods, these snakes are harmless to humans. Pictures 2 and 3 were taken of a specimen I flipped under wood on May 16, 2008.
