Several
times a year I am invited to local classrooms
and company safety meetings to give my snake safety presentation,
and I'll tell ya'...They are wildly popular with the kids!
While showing off my
modest snake collection, I also do a little lecturing about
their natural
history, environmental aspects, venomous encounters/avoidance,
and snake
bite first aid. The whole thing takes about an hour to do, including a questions and
answers time. I am your local snake expert.
This is a free show, but donations are accepted.

The
Safford PTC invited me to give them some snake handling/removal advice as it
seems they have frequent rattlesnake visits to the facility. As a direct
result of their commitment to environmental stewardship, they will be
relocating the animals into the desert nearby instead of killing them...
